DHL Express On Demand Delivery service offers an easy and hassle-free international shipping experience for you and your customers. Choose from a wide range of flexible delivery options that lets you customise when and where you want your shipments delivered.

SELF COLLECT

You can choose to collect your shipment from any DHL ServicePoint at your convenience.

HOW?
  1. Select the nearest ServicePoint for collection.

  2. DHL will message you as soon as your shipment is available for collection. Please collect your shipment within 7 days of arrival at the ServicePoint.

SIGNATURE RELEASE

You can authorise DHL to leave your shipment without collecting a signature if you are unavailable when we attempt delivery.

HOW?
  1. Tell us a specific and accessible place to leave your shipment on a specific date at your address.

  2. Safe place deliveries always follow your instructions (e.g. “Leave at back door”) and any applicable DHL courier guidelines (e.g. “Do not expose to extreme weather”).

SCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY

You can change the delivery date of your shipment if the originally scheduled date is not convenient for you.

HOW?
  1. Choose a new delivery date and/or time window.

  2. The new delivery date may be up to 7 calendar days from the originally scheduled date.

LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR

You can authorise DHL to leave your shipment with an immediate neighbour if you are unavailable when we attempt delivery.

HOW?
  1. Provide specific instructions about which neighbour you would like us to leave your shipment with.

  2. You may choose a neighbour up to two houses on either side of your house or directly across the road. Alternatively, an apartment on the same floor in the same building.

ALTERNATE ADDRESS

You can authorise DHL to deliver the shipment to a different address (e.g. your workplace). Please note that a change of address will result in at least one additional day for delivery.

HOW?
  1. Provide us with the new address details. The new address must be within the same delivery city.

  2. You may also select a different delivery date, up to 7 calendar days from the original date. Your new delivery date will appear as the Revised Delivery Date.

  3. You may also select a time window for delivery, if offered.

VACATION HOLD

If you will be out of town on holiday, you can request DHL for a new delivery date.

HOW?
  1. Choose a new date for delivery. The new delivery date may be up to 30 calendar days from the originally scheduled date.

  2. Your new delivery date will appear as the Revised Delivery Date.

  3. You may also select a time window for delivery, if offered.

LEAVE YOUR SIGNATURE

By leaving a signed authorisation form at your front door on the morning of the day of delivery, you can authorise DHL to leave your shipment if you are absent when we attempt delivery.

HOW?
  1. Tell us a specific and accessible place to leave your shipment on a specific date at your address.

  2. You will receive an ODD-generated delivery form for the courier.

  3. Leave the printed and signed delivery form at your front door on the morning of the expected day of delivery.

Note: Once you have selected your preferred delivery option, you may print a confirmation. If your shipper had provided DHL Express with your email, you will receive an email confirmation. On the confirmation page, you will find a link to add or edit your contact details in case further information is required.
